Project Planning Lead will provide oversight of establishing the initial project baseline through completion, acting as the owner's representative for multiple projects.
Location: Sines, Portugal. This role requires being on-site during the work week. No rotation or fly-in/fly-out arrangement applies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparing SOQ reviews and establishing accurate and effective schedule baseline.
Delaying project acceleration efforts.
Recurring monthly review of schedule submissions and engagement in progress meetings.
Coordinating with client lease construction managers as well as lease providers monthly schedule updates and regular progress reports.
Coordinating lessor schedule improvement.
Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors with engagement key due to hybrid working.
Understanding of contract management within planning.
