What you will do:

Currently, project planning and scheduling practices is lacking across SEA markets, creating challenges in visibility, risk management, and timely delivery. A dedicated SEA-level Project Planning Manager will:

Act a PMO for SEA Project Delivery planners, ensuring all local planners have a clear reporting relationship to this role. Set standards and KPIs for effective schedule management, driving consistency and accountability across the region.
