Shape and manage strategic project portfolios to align with business objectives and drive measurable results. Take care of the portfolio management tool and establish, oversee and further develop our strategic project management framework at both the firm and Line of Service (LoS) levels to ensure consistent execution and prioritization of investments. Define and implement clear roles and responsibilities across projects to enhance accountability and governance, driving successful transformation initiatives.
