Overview

The Overseas Project Procurement Business Partner (BP) serves as the core liaison between the company's global supply chain system and the frontline teams of overseas projects. This position reports to the overseas procurement manager and is responsible for the end-to-end results of the procurement and supply chain process for renewable energy projects (PV, energy storage, wind, etc.) in a particular region. Through professional coordination, resource integration, and efficient execution, the BP ensures the successful achievement of cost, quality, and delivery targets for project materials, subcontracting, and services, providing critical support for successful project delivery and final transaction.
