Overview

We are seeking to hire a Project Procurement Manager for one of our reputed clients - a contracting construction company based in the UAE. Local UAE experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Forecast procurement needs and continually develop expertise to support growth for project.
  • Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new products.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy, project requirement and negotiated terms and conditions.
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
  • Review quotations, negotiations & order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved procedure.
