Project Procurement Leadership
Serve as the primary procurement interface for Project Management, Engineering, Planning, and Controlling.Capture key project inputs: scope of supply, organization chart, equipment list, budget, preferred vendors, and special technical/commercial requirements.Coordinate sourcing activities with Strategic Buyers and Category Managers.Ensure Procurement participation in Make-or-Buy decisions.Support early sales/proposal phases and provide updates in weekly calls, stage-gates, and SteerCo meetings.Collaborate with Logistics to track transport risks, import/export constraints, costs, and lead times.Project Procurement Plan (PPP) Ownership
