Project Procurement Manager

Role Overview
The Team Manager – Procurement will own end-to-end procurement for Lighthouse Learning Group's

school expansion and refurbishment projects

across India. This role requires deep expertise in

Real Estate, Construction, and MEP procurement , strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-growth environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

for construction, interiors, and MEP-related procurement across multiple Lighthouse Learning school projects.
Build, evaluate, onboard, and manage a strong

vendor and contractor ecosystem

for Civil, Interiors, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, Furniture, and allied works.
Work closely with the

Projects, Design, and Real Estate teams

to understand scope, timelines, technical requirements, and commercial terms; review BOQs, drawings, specificat...
