Purpose of the Position
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and directing projects across IMI México. This role oversees cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused products and services while driving the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies that ensure continuous value for the business and its customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of the automotive electronics industry and Core Tools.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management and NPI (New Product Introduction).
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented profile.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
