Project Proposal Manager

We are supporting a leading international renewable energy business in their search for a Wind Project Proposal Manager . This role is critical in bridging the gap between sales and project delivery, ensuring proposals are technically sound, commercially competitive, and aligned with client expectations.

The Project Proposal Manager will take ownership of onshore wind project proposals during the sales phase, working closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients. You will lead the preparation of detailed proposals, manage risk and opportunity assessments, and ensure seamless handovers to project execution teams. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, commercial awareness, and project management experience in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.
