We are now expanding our team and hiring a Project Pursuit Lead.
Based in Norway, this position will focus on identifying new business opportunities, collaborate with Nordic and European Systems and Software team and refine sales strategy in the region using Emerson’s portfolio.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Implement and continuously refine the local PSS sales strategy in the region using Emerson’s portfolio
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Own the annual order budget and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with Nordic and European SYSS teams to support market growth
  • Sales Management & Development
  • Drive business development across process industries and manage complex sales cycles
  • Support and grow existing accounts within capital investment projects, visit customers to promote solutions, ...
