Job Description

  • Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing to required specifications.
  • Obtain sub-contractors and suppliers quotation for costing.
  • Conduct cost comparisons.
  • Source new vendors, compilation of quotation and competitive prices and summaries subcontracts, material and equipment.
  • Evaluate contracts.
  • Pricing of Tender (Interior Design)
  • Preparation of Tender Submission
  • Quantity measurement
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
