(
  • Assist in handling both pre-contract and post-contract works under minimum supervision.
  • Prepare tender documents including BOQ, cost estimates, and tender comparisons.
  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost control monitoring.
  • Prepare progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), and email to customer.
  • Verify site measurements and ensure client agreed n approval for the quantities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for project coordination.
  • Assist in resolving problem at site or to attend meeting if needed.
  • Ensure documentation and records are properly filed and updated.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
