Job Description

- Assist in handling both pre-contract and post-contract works under minimum supervision.
- Prepare tender documents including BOQ, cost estimates, and tender comparisons.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost control monitoring.
- Prepare progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), and email to customer.
- Verify site measurements and ensure client agreed n approval for the quantities.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for project coordination.
- Assist in resolving problem at site or to attend meeting if needed.
- Ensure documentation and records are properly filed and updated.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
