Project Redevelopment Asst Manager

Job scope:

· Support the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for redevelopment projects in accordance with established organisational standards.

· Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and permits to work during the construction phase.

· Develop and implement project governance policies and processes to ensure effective delivery of redevelopment and renovation projects.

· Oversee and manage consultants and contractors to ensure services are delivered in compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and quality requirements.

· Develop and execute communication plans to ensure timely engagement and involvement of key stakeholders.

· Communicate project updates, milestones, risks, and potential challenges effectively to stakeholders.
