Who are we looking for?
 
We are looking for a Project & Resource Coordinator with a strong organisational mindset, an agile way of working, and a passion for enabling high-performing technical teams.
  
You will be comfortable coordinating resources, managing backlogs, and supporting both internal and customer-facing engagements within a fast-paced ServiceNow Practice. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to delivery teams.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and schedule delivery activities across the ServiceNow Practice from a resource planning perspective
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Solution Architecture, and Business Analysis & Engagement Managers to support effective backlog and resource management
  • Manage project resource allocation tools, including Excel-based trackers and standard project requests
  • Closely track customer delivery to ensure resources meet or exceed billable KPI targets
  • Maintain ongoing professional development with a broad understanding of ServiceNow and related technologies

What we’d love to see?

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator, Resource Coordinator, or Agile delivery support role, ideally within IT or technology environments
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working with technical teams such as engineers, architects, or consultants
  • Understanding of agile delivery principles and backlog management

A plus, if you have…

  • Exposure to ServiceNow environments or managed services
  • Experience supporting professional services or consulting teams
  • Familiarity with utilisation tracking, resourcing models, or billable delivery environments

  • $70,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation + Bonus + Allowances
