Job Description — Project Sales & Marketing Team (Gujarat Region)
Interarch Building Solutions, India’s leading company in Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings, Metal Roofing Systems, Heavy Steel Structures and Industrial Infrastructure solutions, is expanding its presence in Gujarat. We invite dynamic candidates from the Building Material & Construction Products industry to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Positions Available
1. Sales Engineer / Sales Executive (1–2 Years Experience)
2. Sales Manager (2–10 Years Experience)
3. Regional Sales Manager (10+ Years Experience)
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience from any of the following categories preferred:
- Architectural Products
- Project Sales
- Paints, Tiles & Hardware
- Cement, Glass & Industrial Products
- MEP Solutions
- Steel Industry
- Industrial Doors or related B2B Construction Products
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive field visits across industrial belts of Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Vapi, Hazira, Rajkot, etc.)
- Direct outreach & cold calls to industries, factories and decision makers
- Business development through specification selling and project lead conversion
- Meeting and influencing:
- Architects
- Structural Consultants
- PMC Firms
- Industry Owners & CXO Decision Makers
- Developers & Builders
- Understanding customer technical requirements and proposing tailored solutions
- Techno-commercial presentations, discussions & closing project orders
- Coordination with engineering, pricing, logistics & project teams for execution
- Market intelligence gathering and competitor evaluations
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Roles
- Building, mentoring & driving a sales team
- Forecasting and planning region-wise sales
- Achieving business targets and growth KPIs
- Coordination with Head Office for project closures and execution
- Strategic relationship development with key accounts
Skills & Personality Attributes
- Clear communication & customer handling skills
- Ability to build networks and influence stakeholders
- Result-oriented attitude with structured reporting
- Strong negotiation & commercial maturity
- Technical understanding of construction products and project lifecycles
- Self-driven and comfortable with extensive travel
Work Location
Based in Gujarat (preferably Ahmedabad / Vadodara) with extensive regional travel.
