This role is pivotal in driving institutional sales through government projects, architectural firms, builders, contractors, and consultants. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence by identifying new project opportunities, developing strategic business partnerships, and managing key accounts. Responsibilities:
  • Drive institutional sales through government projects, architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.
  • Identify and secure new project orders through proactive outreach and market analysis.
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand market share and customer base.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and strengthen a robust network of business partners and distribution channels.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree (Mandatory)
  • Age limit: Maximum 28 years
  • Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the construction chemicals sector
  • Prior experience with construction chemicals companies in the Gulf region
  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales execution, or field sales (including SSO, door-to-door sales, or BD roles)
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced environment
