- Define key events, interfaces, and deliverables from the project execution strategy.
- Develop integrated programs for design, procurement, and installation of conveyors, machines, and process plants.
- Create and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project), including resource loading, levelling, and critical path analysis.
