Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall and efficient planning on work activities, scheduling and progress measurement;
• Develop, maintain and analyze critical path plans and related schedules for all activities on a project;
• Take pre-emptive measures to ensure timely delivery of the project;
• Preparation of project progress reports and analysis of actual versus plan;
• Recommendation of remedial action for any significant deviation;
• Periodically updating schedules to include scope changes, latest progress and delivery information;
• Attend site meetings as required;
• Liaison with relevant parties that includes client, consultant and other third parties when necessary.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in any Engineering discipline;
• At least 3 years working experience in scheduling for construction works;
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera;
