Description What You'll Do: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and implement effective control measures that enhance project financial management and reduce risks of financial loss. Work with teams to create and manage project schedules that align with cost plans, performing ongoing analysis and variance reporting to ensure stakeholder transparency. Assist in formulating project and annual budgets, conducting financial performance assessments, and managing financial tracking systems to support effective decision-making. Oversee the complete lifecycle of orders, ensuring all relevant documentation is processed within the designated software system. Keep accurate records of scope changes, contingency releases, change orders, and journal entries.
