Job Description Job Description Project Scheduling Coordinator We are seeking a Logistics and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! National TAB services clients all over the country with commercial HVAC balancing services and monitoring products. We have a large team of service technicians traveling throughout the country each week to service our customers. The role requires constant communication with the construction site to schedule the teams work load 2 to 4 weeks out that allows our team to travel to be on-site on-time which allows us to efficiently complete our work for our client prior to turning the facility over. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers regarding contracts and jobsite readiness Coordinate all travel accommodations for field technicians & keep our scheduling calendar up to date Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion dates Compile reports on travel logistics and scheduling to include monthly cost vs revenue report.
