Project Scheduling Specialist

We are currently seeking a Project Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Job Duties
- Consult with Project Managers and set up Tasks
- Develop and Maintain schedule management system
- Coordinate timelines with internal departments and stakeholders
- Monitoring project timelines and deadlines. Identify potential project delays
- Project budget tracking
- Documentation and maintain records
**Skills**:
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project)
- Certification in project scheduling (optional)
- Overall IT experience of 8+ years with 2+ years of experience in project scheduling
- Good communication skills to interact with project manager and stakeholders
- Good understanding of IT project management
