Project Services Manager - Manila

Overview

Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a highly experienced Project Services Manager to join our team in Manila in an expat capacity. Reporting directly to the General Manager Commercial, the PSM will provide leadership and coordinate all aspects of Project Controls, including Project Accounting, Cost Estimating & Management, Site Procurement, Planning & Scheduling, Contract Administration and Materials Handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Manila PSG, including Contracts, Procurement, and Project Controls functions with coordination and integration into Perth PSG.
• Mentor and develop Manila PSG personnel through individual development programs and training.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
