• Monitor Project site progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Direct construction, operations and maintenance activities at project site.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Reviews and ascertains completeness of scope of work, drawings and list of materials, estimates or verifies a prior estimate labor, materials, tools equipment and shop work.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
