Project Site Supervisor

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and monitor all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors, tradesmen, and labourers to optimise productivity and resource utilisation
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, implementing effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and any incidents or deviations from the plan
• Liaise with the project manager, architects, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure effective communication
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to protect the well‑being of all site personnel
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, cost estimates, and other documentation as required
