ROLE

The Project Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for administering subcontracts for pipeline construction at the Eagle Mountain – Woodfibre Gas Pipeline (EGP) Project in Squamish, BC. This position is primarily responsible for the daily review and entry of field tickets and LEMs submitted by subcontractors into the ERP system. As familiarity with project processes is gained, the role will also support the review and processing of subcontractor’s invoices. Strong administrative skills are required to ensure timely and accurate subcontract administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure subcontractors submit daily field tickets and priced LEMs (Labour, Equipment, and Materials) in accordance with subcontract requirements.
