Barto Gold is an Australian Gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. The operation consists of a 1.8Mtpa processing plant, 3 underground mines, and two open pit mines. About the Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of approved capital and sustaining projects
• Provide visible safety leadership and strong contractor management
• Develop clear scopes, execution plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage Project Engineers, Project Supervisors, and contractors
• Control cost, schedule, and change through disciplined governance
• In addition to brownfields delivery, this role will support future Greenfields project development and execution
