Project Superintendent - Ventana Special Projects

Position Summary

As a Project Superintendent with Ventana Special Projects, you will oversee and execute complex projects valued up to $50 million. You will be responsible for creating and monitoring project momentum, scheduling, quality control, safety, and delegating work to the project team and trade partners. You will report directly to the General Superintendent and manage all trade relationships onsite.

Key Accountabilities

• Providing overall leadership and direction for the site in cooperation with the Project Manager.
• Managing site operations on commercial, industrial, residential buildings, and civil/infrastructure based projects.
• Reviewing and maintaining documentation and drawings, completing daily site reports, POs, and project photos.
• Reviewing and enforcing trade partner contracts and identifying discrepancies in scopes of work.
