Overview
We are seeking a Project Supervisor to lead the safe, practical execution of site-based capital works and plant improvement projects in a live operating environment. Reporting into the projects team supported by Project Engineers and a back-to-Back Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Deliver capital and improvement projects on site
- Coordinate contractors, trades, and site resources
- Execute shutdown works, tie-ins, and installations
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational integration
- Work closely with Processing, Maintenance, and Operations teams
- This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on delivery — not a desk-based project role.

- Strong experience delivering projects in mining, processing, or heavy industry
- Proven site execution and contractor coordination capability
- Safety-focused with a practical, outcomes-driven mindset
