Scope

To oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Review electrical drawings and specifications.
• Plan work schedules and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Assist the Plant Engineer & Project Manager in successful project completion within time and budget.
• Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

2. On-Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise day‑to‑day contractor activities on a manufacturing plant expansion project and carry out associated administrative duties.
• Direct work of multidisciplinary project contractors and provide team members with encouragement, guidance, and feedback.
