Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain proper filing and document control for drawings, reports, and correspondence
- Track project submissions, schedules, and approvals
- Track delivery orders, material schedules, and delivery schedules
- Manage project documents (LOA, PO, DO, invoices, progress claims)
- Track outstanding service issues and follow up with service teams
- Track service POs, DOs, and replacement items
- Prepare monthly service summary reports for clients and management
- Support management and the project team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 0–3 years of relevant administrative experience (project or service environment preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Detail-oriented and well organized
