Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper filing and document control for drawings, reports, and correspondence
  • Track project submissions, schedules, and approvals
  • Track delivery orders, material schedules, and delivery schedules
  • Manage project documents (LOA, PO, DO, invoices, progress claims)
  • Track outstanding service issues and follow up with service teams
  • Track service POs, DOs, and replacement items
  • Prepare monthly service summary reports for clients and management
  • Support management and the project team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 0–3 years of relevant administrative experience (project or service environment preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
