The Business Administration & Marketing Support role provides essential administrative, operational, and marketing support to the Business Development Manager, Finance Officer, and wider team. The post supports client activity, internal operations, and promotional work, contributing to the smooth running of the organisation and the delivery of business support services.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to provide administrative support for client-related activities.
- Attend and shadow the Business Development Manager during client mentoring sessions, supporting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with the preparation of client proposals, quotes, and supporting documentation.
