Job Description

Remote is seeking a Project Support Officer to join the team in ASD. The Project Officer (PO) is accountable under general direction to provide effective administration to an ICT program, supporting the delivery of innovative capabilities to Defence through a variety of programs and projects. The PO will be a highly organised, dynamic, outcome‑oriented individual with excellent communication skills who is confident to break down large projects into discrete work packages from concept to delivery, for a diverse range of customers. The PO is responsible for supporting the delivery of projects, including defining the scope and requirements, developing plans and schedules, overseeing and planning resource allocation and work packages, managing risks and issues and communicating formally and informally on the project’s progress.
