About the Role

  • Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Advancement Program.
  • Coordinate travel and events supporting governance meetings and assist with community engagement activities in a culturally sensitive manner.
  • Provide executive support to the Matthew Flinders Professor including calendar and correspondence management.
  • Deliver efficient administrative support for meetings travel and events.
  • Assist with governance group secretariat duties and reporting requirements.
