Project Support Officer

Job Summary





We are looking for a structured and proactive Project Support Officer to strengthen two of our major industrial projects: FabEx and Industrial Structure 2035. In this role, you will support daily project operations and ensure effective coordination, control, and reporting across all key project dimensions.









Job Responsibilities





• Coordinate and follow up on project plans, WBS/CBS structures, and resource allocation.• Monitor progress, scope, value, cost, and risks, and support recovery planning when needed.• Prepare reports and analysis for steering committees and stakeholders.• Manage project documentation, decision logs, change proposals, and communication flows.• Facilitate risk and opportunity management, maintain risk and change registers.• Ensure timely updates in project systems and support closure of action items.<...
