Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and tracking. The ideal candidate will assist project managers and teams in coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring timely communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities
- Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure task completion
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items
- Update project status in tracking tools or spreadsheets
- Identify and escalate risks or delays to the project manager
- Support basic budgeting, resource tracking, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with project standards and processes
