**Duties**
- Customer Focus- Continuous and solid support to Customers and PMO Team.
- Drives Results- Coordinate shipment with service centers, warehouse, logistics and customers. Working with other departments to achieve deliveries on time.
- Monitoring progress of the project and addressing potential issues.
- Schedule follow-up meetings with project managers and record decisions (e.g., pending´s activities, assigned tasks, planning, etc.)
- Communication- Effective communication with other areas.
- Provide clear and effective communication of follow-up and feedback to the PMO Team.
- Escalation path activation when is needed and creating and updating workflows
- Collaborate and communicate- Regularly with the Operations Managers, Order Entry Team, Logistics and PMO Team.
- Project Manager- Support in project execution aligned with Emerson Tier 3 process methodology to deliver on time.<...
