What you'll be doing
Deliver professional surveying, design and contract administration services for refurbishment projects that meet quality standards and achieve objectives Implement a customer-focused approach to project and contract management, including principal design, specification and delivery Provide effective programme forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost management to ensure successful project outcomes Work closely with local authority planning departments to ensure refurbishment work complies with statutory requirements, particularly important in Bath's unique architectural context Manage the procurement of goods and services in line with Curo's strategies to ensure value for money and high customer satisfaction Take ownership of project data integrity including financial projections and performance reporting Ensure sound budgetary control systems are established and t...
