Job Description
An established housing provider is seeking a Commercial Surveyor with strong project management experience to support the delivery of repairs, maintenance, and planned investment works across a residential portfolio.
This role combines hands-on surveying with end-to-end project and contract management, covering responsive repairs, refurbishments, and planned reinvestment programmes. The successful candidate will take ownership of works from diagnosis through to completion, ensuring compliance, value for money, and high standards of delivery.
