Jacobs is seeking a Project Systems Specialist with a strong background in Oracle Primavera Unifier to join our dynamic PMIS team. This is an opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing project systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Unifier.
  • Configure and customize Unifier modules, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Work with project stakeholders to define and implement business processes within Unifier.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization.
  • Document system configurations, process workflows, and training materials.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Unifier updates and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Unifier.
    • Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Controls experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience focused on Unifier
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier, including configuration and administration
  • Experience with business process design and optimization, including proficiency in project management systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks

    • Ideally You'll Also Have:

  • Unifier Implementation Specialist certification
  • Experience in construction, engineering, IT, or capital projects
    • Posted Salary Range: Minimum 68,400.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 114,800.00

    The base salary range for this position is $68,400.00 to $114,800.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
