Project/Construction Engineer

Manage and supervise renovation and fit-out projects from design coordination to final handover.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and material samples to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Supervise on-site construction quality, safety, and progress, ensuring work meets relevant standards and regulations.

Control project costs, manage material procurement, and assist with budget control.

Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and propose effective solutions in a timely manner.

Organize and participate in project acceptance, defect rectification, and final handover.

Job Requirement

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering or a related field;
