The support team is looking for Program Managers to support the operations and testing at newly launching sites. You will lead Operations Managers responsible for critical testing and modules. You will need to travel to a site from Mon-Fri 2x per month, starting in May and possibly ramp up to 3x per month.

You will be responsible for leading all testing processes, ensuring all checklists and requirements are met. 

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

- 2+ years of project management & site testing experience
- Escalation, risk management, & troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
- Administrative writing & reporting experience
