<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><i>The Curriculum Development Project Manager is tasked with overseeing and managing curriculum development team projects, including technology implementation projects from start to finish. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, curriculum developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time. The Project Manager will utilize project management principles and methodologies to ensure successful project completion and rollouts. </i></p> <p><b><i><u>Responsibilities: </u></i></b></p> <ul> <li><i>Utilizing Strategic Portfolio Management to create and manage detailed project plans, track key milestones, and dependencies.</i></li> <li><i>Identify and implement opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation into project management processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder engagement.</i></li> <li><i>Collaborate with the Curriculum Development Resource Manager and leadership to determine resource allocation for projects.</i></li> <li><i>Identify tasks for projects and monitor progress while mitigating project risks. </i></li> <li><i>Drive accountability across teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.</i></li> <li><i>Report on weekly and monthly project status. </i></li> <li><i>Assist with release readiness for coursework and departmental projects.</i></li> <li><i>Submit and manage technical user stories to ensure priority and completion of enhancements to the learning management system.</i></li> <li><i>Manage curriculum development projects and initiatives that align with the department's strategic goals and priorities, delivered on schedule. </i></li> <li><i>Champion the use of AI to automate routine change management tasks, freeing up resources for strategic initiatives and complex problem-solving.</i></li> <li><i>Working knowledge of Agile practices and software delivery lifecycle. </i></li> <li><i>Proven ability to proactively identify and solve problems, manage timelines, and drive results across multiple projects.</i></li> </ul> <p><b><i><u>Qualifications: </u></i></b></p> <ul> <li><i>Bachelor's degree in business, Instructional Design or a related field.</i></li> <li><i>Possess a PMP certification and/or Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) to demonstrate their expertise in project management methodologies. While certification is preferred, equivalent experience in managing complex projects using structured methodologies will also be considered.</i></li> <li><i>3+ years of experience managing curriculum development and enterprise projects such as updates to the platform, internal process improvement programs, go-to-market training rollouts, and internal business operations. </i></li> <li><i>1+ years of experience utilizing the Strategic Portfolio Management, including Project Management and Resource Management applications. </i></li> <li><i>3+ years' experience managing projects with industry-standard Project Management applications and tools. </i></li> <li><i>Possess a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).</i></li> <li><i>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. </i></li> <li><i>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. </i></li> <li><i>A high level of flexibility, creativity and dependability.</i></li> <li><i>Work the India Night Shift </i></li> </ul>
