Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to Design & Project Director
- Assist Director/Project Manager in managing Projects and Store setups.
- Assist Director/Project Manager in upkeeping Concepts.
- Coordinating between outlets'/service providers for incoming tenants setup.
- Liaising with landlord for stall setting up/ R&M matter.
- Coordinating with Service providers to obtain maintenance and service reports to Landlord as and when required.
- Coordinating between outlets'/service team in R&M matter.
- Assist in supervision of our sub-contractors.
- Other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Professional certificate/NITEC in interior design/ Engineering (Mechanical)/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent.
- Have prior F&B store set up experience will be a bonus
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
