Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Report directly to Design & Project Director
  • Assist Director/Project Manager in managing Projects and Store setups.
  • Assist Director/Project Manager in upkeeping Concepts.
  • Coordinating between outlets'/service providers for incoming tenants setup.
  • Liaising with landlord for stall setting up/ R&M matter.
  • Coordinating with Service providers to obtain maintenance and service reports to Landlord as and when required.
  • Coordinating between outlets'/service team in R&M matter.
  • Assist in supervision of our sub-contractors.
  • Other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Professional certificate/NITEC in interior design/ Engineering (Mechanical)/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent.
  • Have prior F&B store set up experience will be a bonus
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
