We are looking for an experienced project manager to be the Client’s representative in delivering refurbishment, remodelling and new build projects across their estate. If you have a passion for strategic planning, working collaboratively for positive outcomes and of course, delivering building / construction projects then this could be for you!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of refurbishments, new builds and remodelling works.
• Coordinate the Development Strategy and support in developing master plans.
• Manage the allocation of funding, prioritising need and achieving best value.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, financial, and procurement legislation throughout project delivery.
