Projects Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Execution to lead end‑to‑end delivery of commercial, workspace, and premium residential interior fit‑out projects .

This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who can translate designs into high‑quality execution while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Location

Mangaluru, Karnataka (site travel involved)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead complete project lifecycle for interior fit‑out works – planning to handover

✅ Manage execution of civil works, false ceilings, flooring, MEP integration, carpentry, furniture & finishes

✅ Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors

✅ Prepare project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and track costs & timelines

✅ Monitor site progress, quality control, safety compliance, and material procurement

✅ Handle change orders, variations, and on‑site issue resolution

✅ Conduct site inspections, snag‑lists, and final handover documentation

✅ Lead and mentor site engineers and supervisors

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
