**Job Description Summary**
The Project Sourcing Leader (PSL) leads Services sourcing execution for assigned HDGT Services projects (CM&U- Complex and Extended Scope) within EMINA sub-region.
The role partners closely with the Sub-Region ITR Sourcing Leader, CPMs, PMs, and cross-functional teams to execute sourcing strategies that ensure competitive cost, demand planning, on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost accuracy throughout project execution.
The PSL supports flow parts fulfillment, expands the competitive supplier landscape, and accelerates effective partnerships with strategic suppliers to drive cost optimization and reliable project delivery, while aligning sourcing activities with business strategy and KPIs.
