Job Description
Assisting Project Manager in managing construction project.
Survey-undertaking and setting out of project site.
Checking technical designs and drawings.
Supervision of site work to meet specifications, budgets and timeline.
Supervision of sub-contractor staff and workers.
Coordinate with client representative and sub-contractors.
Providing site report and solving problems at site.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and consultant.
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
Successful applicant shall report to the Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
Recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Both fresh graduates and candidates with a number of years working experience in related field are welcome to apply for this position.
Good coordination, liaison, negotiation, and communication skills.
