The Project & Test Management role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, and delivery, while coordinating and overseeing all testing activities executed by a third-party testing provider. This role defines testing strategy, alignment, quality, and readiness - without performing hands-on test execution. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Governance Manage end-to-end delivery of grid systems implementation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and status reporting. Maintain and track RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and manage items through closure.
