Role Overview The Promo Producer Gujarati will be responsible for leading end-to-end creation of promotional videos and creatives for Gujarati films, web series, and micro-dramas on STAGE. This role combines: Film & OTT promo production expertise Deep understanding of Gujarati culture and storytelling A performance-marketing mindset Strong AI-driven creative execution You will lead a team to create, test, and scale promo content that directly drives installs, clicks, and watch time. Key Responsibilities 1. Promo Strategy & Creative Direction Define creative narratives, hooks, and positioning for Gujarati titles Determine how each title should be presented to digital audiences Develop multiple creative angles for performance marketing and in-app surfaces 2.
