Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Customer Service: Greeting, welcoming, and assisting customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving complaints.
  • Sales Generation: Promoting products, explaining features, benefits, and usage to drive sales and cross-sell related items
  • Store Operations: Organizing displays, restocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and, in some cases, managing inventory and receiving deliveries.
  • Transactions: Operating cash registers, handling payments (cash, credit), and processing exchanges or refunds.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and store policies.
